Ned P. Millard, Jr., 58, of Allouez, passed away unexpectedly Monday August 17, 2009 at home. The son of the late Ned P Millard, Sr., and Dorothy (Rettke) Millard was born June 22, 1951 in Evanston, IL. He was a graduate of East High School, Green Bay. Ned was in the security business for many years. Survivors include his 2 children, Paul (Devonda) Millard, and Kayla Millard (special friend, Ben), three grandchildren, Reaghan, Kennedy, and Harrison, one brother, Dale Millard.
