Norah B. Katla, born as Monica Ann Filiczkowski, age 43 resident of De Pere, WI passed away on Monday, August 22, 2022. She was born January 24, 1979, the daughter of Ann Rouba and the late Henry Filiczkowski. Norah attended Australian College of Phytotherapy (Associate Degree). She married Tom Burt on November 21, 2013, in Green Bay, WI. Norah was a Natural Health Practitioner at Norah's Naturals. She enjoyed helping people to heal by making all natural solutions for most common ailments. She is survived by her fiancé, Peter Iris; her children, Claire A. Scott-Itoney, Lochlan Schott, and Milla A. Scott; her brothers, Richard J. Filiczkowski and Robert D. Filiczkowski. Norah was preceded in death by her father, Henry Filiczkowski; her husband, Thomas Burt; and her grandparents, Stanley and Lucy Filiczkowski.
