Norbert J. Ebben, 69, of De Pere, passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2021. He was born on May 6, 1952, to the late Edward and Mabel (Smits) Ebben. Norbert worked for Barc Industries in Green Bay, until his retirement. He enjoyed old cars and loved watching old movies. He is survived by his siblings, Carol (William) Davidson, Joan (Jerry) Ley, and Larry (fiancé, Sandra Hatfield) of N.C.; and many nieces and nephews. Norbert was preceded in death by his parents. Friends and family may call from 4:00PM to 7:00PM on Monday, November 22, 2021, at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N. Tenth Street in De Pere. A Memorial service will be held with Fr. Richard Getchel officiating at 7:00PM. A memorial fund has been established in Norbert's name.
