Norbert (Buddy) Staszak, 84, of De Pere, died Sunday October 18, 2015 at home. The son of the late Michael and Helen (Czubkowski) Staszak was born in Krakow on July 14, 1931. He married Marjorie Lana Maki on April 9, 1955 in Milwaukee. She preceded him in death on February 14, 2015. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, achieving the rank of Sergeant. He was an active member of the C/R Credit Union where he served as President and on the Board of Directors. Buddy will always be remembered for his ability and ingenuity to fix and/or repair just about anything. He will be remembered for his keen sense of humor and laid back attitude. Buddy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his children, Timothy (Mary) Staszak and Julie (David) Christensen, granddaughters Melissa (Mitchell) Swink, Dr. Jessica (Kannan) Shanmugasundaram, Laura (Joe) De La Torre, Elizabeth Staszak and Ava Swink, and one brother, Marvin Staszak. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Marjorie and his two brothers, Michael (Nancy) and Roman (Marilyn) as well as an additional sister-in-law, Margie Staszak.
