Orlin R. Wilber, 81 of Oneida, passed away on Sunday March 28, 2021. He was born June 10, 1939 to the late Jed and Ethel (Hill) Wilber. On June 10, 1989 he married Norine "Cubby". Orlin was employed in the maintenance department at UWGB for many years. He was a faithful member of Riverview Baptist Church, Seymour. Orlin is survived by his sister Robin Emmerton, his brother Parnell Wilber as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Norine. Friends may visit after 11:00AM Friday, April 2, 2021 at Ryan Funeral Home 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere. A service for Orlin will take place at 12:00PM with Pastor Scotty W. Backhaus officiating burial in Oneida Methodist Cemetery.
