Obituary

Patricia Ann (Reil) Corn was born July 9, 1935 in Hayward, WI to Clarence and Viola (Morris) Reil. Patricia (Patty, as she was known to family and friends) moved to South Branch on the Menominee Reservation, where she raised her children from 1972 until 1989. Throughout the short amazing 77 years of her life, Pat lived in and travelled to many places, including Colorado, California, and Arizona, just to name a few. Her favorite places were the Rockies in Colorado and anywhere her children were. Pat worked different jobs throughout the years including factory work, housekeeping, E.M.T., County Sheriff dispatcher, and mom. She was a member of A.I. M. which she enjoyed because she met many people and was able to help many people. Being her daughters' Girl Scout leader held an especially dear place in her heart because she loved teaching and helping the girls of her troop. She also had a love of the Packers and her baby boy Brett Favre, and watching the Young and the Restless. Due to a job related injury Pat was forced to retire in 1982. Despite suffering with constant pain, Pat always took care of and helped anyone in need. She had the most enormous heart and opened her home to family and friends alike and sacrificed what she needed to to make others happy. She was a beautiful, caring, loving, magnificent, selfless woman, daughter, sister, friend, and most important Mom. On September 21, 2012, Patricia passed away due to complications from an illness; she was surrounded by her family. She is survived by her sisters: Margaret Pagan, of Milwaukee, Mary Lou, of Michigan, Bonita "Babe" (Tom) Peavey, of Denver, CO, and brother Ronald (Joyce) Reil, of Cudahy, WI. She is further survived by the loves of her life; her children: Joanne, of California, David (Evelyn) of Tampa, Michael (Jean Marie) of Puerto Rico, Luisa, of Milwaukee, Donna (Ed) Pinckney, of Green Bay, Lisa, of Pulaski, and Rose, of Green Bay; 30 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren, and nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, sisters, and a daughter. Friends and family may visit (TONIGHT) Sunday, September 23, 2012 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at RYAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 305 N. Tenth St, De Pere.
