IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Patricia Mary
Derouin
June 13, 1948 – October 29, 2025
Patricia (Pat) Derouin
Patricia Mary (Vande Hei) Derouin, 77, passed away peacefully at home with family at her side, on October 29, 2025, after a courageous battle with metastatic breast cancer. Pat was born in West De Pere, WI in 1948, to Arthur and Frances (Ambrosius) Vande Hei, the fourth of eleven children.
Pat was a 1966 graduate of West De Pere High School and is still a faithful Phantom fan. She married William (Bill) Derouin in 1969 at St. Boniface Church, De Pere. In 1973, Pat and Bill established a successful dairy farm in the Town of Lawrence, where they worked together for 52 years of joys and challenges, including their three children, Tammy, Kim, and Bill.
Pat's greatest joy was watching her grandchildren's variety of sporting or school events. She was a proud Grandma on the sidelines, no matter the score or outcomes. Pat was a dedicated homemaker, and a wonderful cook. There was always an overabundance of food, leftovers were plenty, and desserts were always included. Neighbors and friends helping on the farm never left hungry. Pat also enjoyed her flower gardens and actually enjoyed cutting her lawn for hours, but she was not settled until the house was clean.
Pat is survived by husband Bill; children, Tammy (Kyle) Wagner, Kim (Paul) Burns, and Bill (Darcie) Derouin; six grandchildren, Colin (Lindsay) and Alex Wagner, Matthew and Megan Burns, and Isabel and Max Derouin.
Pat is further survived by two brothers, Jerry (Karon) and Todd (Gina), six sisters, Carolyn (John), Kathleen (Guy), Lori (Ted), Joyce (Jerry), Ginny (Robert), and Elaine (Rick), sisters-in-law, Mary, Ann, Beckie, Nancy (Jim), Karen, Sandy (Michael), brothers-in-law Ed (Judy). Also further survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Frances, Bill's parents Kenneth and Fern Derouin, brothers Richard and Harv, in-laws Buck, Janis, and Jim.
