Patricia Jean (Skenandore) Johnson "Patsy", 68 of Oneida, WI passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 7th, 2024. She was born on November 14, 1955, daughter of the late Willard and Nellie (King) Johnson.
Patsy graduated from Seymour High School and furthered her education at NWTC and MATC. She worked for many years at the Oneida Casino as a vault supervisor. Patsy married Eugene Skenandore on September 27, 1980.
Patsy enjoyed volleyball and horseshoes. She also enjoyed going to the casino and playing bingo. She recently learned how to play craps and enjoyed recent casino trips with her grandson and granddaughter. Patsy loved spending time with all her grandchildren and her two great grandchildren. Her favorite topic was gossiping and talking about other people. Her proudest accomplishment was getting her only son Willard through high school. She was a long-time member of the Holy Apostles Church in Oneida.
Patsy will be missed by many but most of all by her family; her son, Willard (Kelly) Johnson, husband, Eugene and grandchildren, Dakota (Kamey), Marissa, Willard Jr., Devin, Kaleigh, Koty, Jonas, and her two great grandchildren, Kayson and Aria. She is further survived by her siblings, Barbara, Alan, Mary Jane, Anthony, Vera, Lizann, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her siblings; Mary Lynn, Shirley, Virginia, and nephews Anthony Jr., William "Bill", Charlie, and niece Samantha.
Friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home 305 N Tenth Street, De Pere, on Saturday, May 11, 2024, beginning at 12:00PM. A service for Patsy will take place at 1:00PM, with burial to follow at Oneida Sacred Burial Grounds.
The family would like to thank the staff at St. Vincent Hospital, Unity Hospice, Davita Titletown Dialysis Center, Oneida Transit, and Ryan Funeral Home. They would like especially to thank the staff at Green Bay Health Services.
Patsy was known as "Grandma" to many.
