Obituary

Patricia Marie Brault (Beahm) died peacefully, surrounded by family, at age 80 on March 28, 2026.

Born on October 7, 1945, in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, to Florence and Clifford Beahm, Pat was the oldest of four siblings. She was preceded in death by her brother James and sister Lori and is lovingly remembered by her sister Cheryl Van Stiphout (Jim).

On October 30, 1965, Pat married the love of her life, Leon Brault. Together, they built a beautiful life over 39 years of marriage, raising their four children in Green Bay and De Pere, Wisconsin. Her faith was her foundation, and her family was her joy. Her children survive her: Tina Filipiak (Shawn), Jody Brault (Kellie), Anthony Brault (Peg), and Christopher Brault (Stacey).

Her love only multiplied as her family grew—10 grandchildren (Faith; Katey, Kennedy and Klaire; Noah, Nick, Ryan and Maddie; Alex and Aryn) and 8 great-grandchildren (Rynlee, Imogene, Ruby, and Asher; Lynnora and Murphy; Scottie and Eva), each of whom brought her immeasurable joy.

After dedicating years to raising her children, Pat returned to school with determination and grit, earning her degree from St. Norbert College. She went on to become a beloved math teacher, shaping the lives of hundreds of students—her longest tenure at St. Bernard in Green Bay. She didn't just teach math; she built confidence, offered encouragement, and left a lasting impression that her students carried with them long after leaving her classroom. A lifelong learner herself, she went on to earn multiple Master's degrees and later served as a school principal. Still, the classroom was always her special place.

If you knew Pat, you knew her signature color—purple—and you knew there was always a book nearby. To say she loved reading would be an understatement; she devoured thousands of books and loved sharing them with family and friends. She found joy in playing cards, cheering on the Green Bay Packers with unwavering loyalty, singing along with the Renaissance musical ensembles, and, in her later years, spending time at ADRC in Green Bay.

Mass of Christian Burial for Pat will be celebrated at 11:00AM on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church 1305 Lourdes Ave., De Pere, with Fr. James Baraniak O.Praem. officiating. There will be no visitation prior to mass. Pat will be interred at Allouez Mausoleum, reunited with her beloved Leon—side by side, just as it should be.

The family wishes to extend heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and staff at Renaissance by Rennes in De Pere, Rennes Health & Rehab Center in De Pere, St. Mary’s Hospital, and Unity Hospice. Your care, compassion, and kindness during Pat's final years meant more than words can express.
