Patrick E. Skenandore, Sr, 86, Milwaukee, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017 surrounded by his family at the Milwaukee VA Medical Center. He was born April 23, 1931, in Oneida, Wisconsin, a son of the late Joslin and Hazel (Doxtator) Skenandore.
Patrick enlisted in the US Army and served four years for his country in the Korean War. He worked in Milwaukee for Inland Ryerson Steel Company as a crane operator and Sears Robot as a certified auto mechanic.
Patrick is survived by his wife Lorraine Skenandore; children: Wayne Skenandore, Patrick (Nancy) Skenandore, Jr, Gail Skenandore, Debra (Leander Danforth) Cloud, and Patricia (Dean) Lilyquist; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Joslin and Hazel Skenandore; mothers of his children: Muriel (Green) Skenandore and Rosemarie (McClure) Skenandore; his sons Dennis Skenandore and Dale Skenandore; his daughter Sandra Skenandore; and his brothers and sisters.
Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ryan Funeral Home & Crematory, 305 N. Tenth St, De Pere. The Oneida Hymn Singers will sing at 7:30 to conclude the evening.
Visitation will continue on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 9:00 AM. The Oneida Hymn Singers will perform at 10:30, followed by the Oneida Veterans to give Patrick his Full Military Funeral Honors. Burial will be in the Oneida Methodist Cemetery.
