Paul Bernard Hermsen, 69, De Pere, passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021, at his home. He was born December 14, 1952, to the late Robert and Elizabeth (Rademacher) Hermsen. Paul graduated from De Pere High School. On July 29, 1977, he married Kathy VerHaagh at St. Boniface Catholic Church, De Pere. Paul retired after 32 years working for the City of De Pere with the Street Department. Spending time at the cottage in Lakewood, hunting, fishing, and watching sports, especially the Packers were some of the things he enjoyed the most. Paul is survived by his wife Kathy, their children, Paul (Natalie) Hermsen Jr., Troy Hermsen, and Tammi Hermsen. Three grandchildren, Cameron, Lexie, and Connor, as well as his siblings; Judy Manci, Barbara Denisen, Suzanne (Arthur) Uher, Lynn (Patrick) Gleason, Georgiana (Daniel) Hietpas, Lisa Piaskowski, Peter Hermsen, John (Kathy) Hermsen, Mark Hermsen, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, as well as his sisters Nancie Helgerson, Leslie Marmes, and brothers, Michael, and Robert Hermsen.
