Peggy Ann Tolbert, 57, of Green Bay went to be with the Lord on Sunday December 8, 2013 at a local hospital. She was surrounded by her loving family. The daughter of Bonnie (Spradlin) Neal and the late Gerald Neal was born on September 7, 1956 in Coffeyville, Kansas. She married Leon Tolbert on January 25, 1980 in Coffeyville, Kansas. The family lived in Cherryvale until 1986, when they moved to St. Louis. In 1991, they moved to Green Bay. She and Leon enjoyed traveling. Peggy was a loving, devoted wife and mother. She lived for her grandchildren and was happiest when the family was together. Her family includes her husband, Leon; their three children, Sunni (Gary) Slaght, Cassandra Adams (fianc, Lee), Tyler (Abby) Tolbert; grandchildren, Jager, Logan, Ryder, Tacoma, August, Brooklyn, Raelyn, Emerson and Brienna; her mother Bonnie Neal, three siblings, Becky Gordon, Pat Neal and Scott Neal. She was preceded in death by her father, three brothers and one sister. Family and friends may call at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 North Tenth Street, De Pere from 3:00 to 7:00 pm on Thursday December 12, 2013. Visitation will continue after 10:00 am Friday at Green Bay Community Church, 600 Cardinal Lane, Howard, until time of service. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday at the Church.
