Phoebe Madalyn Horvat was taken home to Jesus on March 24, 2017. The daughter of Scott and Anna Horvat was 7 pounds, 10 ounces and 21 inches long. She is loved by her sisters, Zoe and Ayris, and her brothers, Elijah and Judah. Phoebe will be laid to rest at Allouez Cemetery on Friday, March 31, 2017.
