Raymond "Ray" Kosmala, 91, De Pere, died unexpectedly Saturday, November 5, 2011 at home. Ray was born August 31, 1920 in Illinois, a son of the late Jecenty and Pauline (Zienty) Kosmala. Ray served his country in the US Army during WWII and he liked telling stories of his time in the service. He enjoyed making model ships, boats, fishing, and he enjoyed his job as a painter. Ray is survived by his wife Marion; three children: Jeffery (Diane) Kosmala, Shelley (Dan) Radley, and Darrell (Lorie) Kosmala; nine grandchildren: Susie, Danny, Josh, Leah, and Jerod Kosmala, Ashely and Harmony Radley, and Ashlee Kosmala. He is further survived by his sister Sophie Malecha, Indiana, nieces, and nephews. Ray was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings. Visitation for Ray will be from 3:00 to 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 305 N. Tenth St, De Pere, followed by a service conducted by Fr. Tim Shillcox, O.
