Richard Russell Nuss, age 57, died at his home Wednesday August 5, 2015 of a massive heart attack. Rich was born in Green Bay August 11, 1957 to Eleanor and Russell Nuss who predeceased him. He grew up in DePere where he graduated from East DePere High School in 1975. He later moved to Green Bay where he resided since 1982. After working in a security business for a short time he was employed at Georgia Pacific LLC for 38 years. Richard enjoyed many hobbies. He was an avid photographer and a railroad enthusiast studying the history of the rail industry along with model railroads. He enjoyed taking pictures of trains as he traveled the country with his mother. Some of his pictures were published in train magazines. Rich was also a sportsman enjoying fishing and hunting near the Nicolet National Forrest. Richard is survived by his half brother, William Kralovec (Karen) of Delavan, WI and half sister Jane Abela (Alexander) of Santa Maria, CA and many nieces and nephews. His half brother, John Kralovec predeceased him. Arrangemets are being handled by Ryan Funeral Home of West De Pere. A Celebration of Life is planned for September 26, 2015 at Kroll's West in Green Bay 2:00 thru 4:00.
