Richard (Rick) George Kolocheski, age 77, passed away peacefully at his home on December 31, 2024, with his wife Bonnie by his side. He was born in Green Bay, WI on October 21, 1947, to Thomas & Mary Kolocheski.

Rick graduated from Premontre High School and attended one year of college at UWGB. He married his loving wife Bonnie in 1973 and had two sons, Michael and Matthew shortly after.

He worked for the Merchant Marines and then KI for 9 years before he retired from Thilmany Pulp & Paper after 25 years of service.

Rick and his wife Bonnie loved to travel and spent their last 12 winters snow birding in Alabama. He was an avid reader and collected coins and history books. His favorite hobby was taking part in Civil War reenactments, and he has visited every battlefield site he could. He also enjoyed attending baseball games with his closest friends.

Rick is survived by his wife Bonnie, sons Michael (Betty Anderson), and Matthew (Rachel), and his grandchildren Connor, Gavin, Rhianna, Brady, Alayna, Walker, Seth, and Isaac.

He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas Kolocheski and Mary Houlihan Kolocheski.

Family and friends may call on Friday, January 10, 2025, at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 130 St. Matthews St. Green Bay, WI 54301, for visitation starting at 9:00am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am, with Father Bob Kabat presiding.
