Ricky M. Torres, 30, Green Bay, died Saturday, November 28, 2015 at a local hospital. He was born November 21, 1985 a son of Rick Laes and Carol Torres. Ricky was a doting father to his daughter Layna- she was his entire world. He was making a concerted effort to pursue his education to become a social worker. Ricky was very artistic; and enjoyed watching sports especially the Chicago Bulls. Ricky is survived by his parents Rick Laes and Carol Torres; his daughter Layna; siblings: Steven Pamonicutt, Alison Torres, Little Sky Laes, and Autumn Laes; his nephews Kingston and Exavier; and his grandma Ruth Laes. He is further survived by his aunts Mother Superior Alicia, Susan, Linda, Nancy, Joanne, and Karen; uncles Manuel "Jesse" Jr, Mike, Bill, Joseph, and Ricardo; his special friends: Carl, Louis, Mike, Bobby, Jamison, and Deontay; and numerous cousins. Ricky was preceded in death by his grandparents: Manuel (Alice) Torres, Sr, and John Schuyler; aunt Jude Torres; uncle Rodney Laes; and cousin Krystal Torres-Smith. Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at RYAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 305 N. Tenth St, De Pere Oneida Singers at 6:30 pm and prayer service at 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue on Thursday, at the funeral home from 8:30 to 10:00 am at which time we will leave in procession for Holy Apostle Church for a Funeral Mass at 10:30 am.
