Rita D. Willett, 90, De Pere, formerly of Casco passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday May 3, 2009. She was born December 27, 1918 in Casco to the late William and Emily (Swoboda) Decker. On May 3, 1956 she was united in marriage to John Willett. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Rita loved to cook, especially her Brownies. She also was an avid bargain hunter. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren whom she spent many hours with. Rita had been a beautician in her early years. She is survived by her children; Jim (Terry) Willett, De Pere, Joel (Cathy) Willett, De Pere, her grandchildren; Jamie, Robbie, Jimmy John, and Sara, as well as her special friend Audrey. She was preceded in death by her husband John, and her siblings; Albert (Ruth) Decker, Mary Francis "Frankie" (William) Woodlock, and Aaron "Bud" (Rose) Decker. Friends may call after 3pm Thursday at the RYAN FUNERAL HOME 305 N. Tenth Street De Pere. A Memorial Service to celebrate Rita's life will be held at 6pm with Fr. Tim Shillcox O.Praem officiating.
