Osen, Robert J. Age 88, of De Pere, died Monday, Dec. 14th, 2009. Robert was born March 6th, 1921, in Green Bay, one of three children of the late Clifford and Florence Osen. He was a star athlete at De Pere HS, graduated in 1939, and then attended Lawrence University, where he played football. He served in the Army Air Corps during WWII, and after the war, married Donna (Quien) on June 14th, 1947. They were married for 59 years until Donna passed away in 2006. "Bob" was a lifelong member of Grace Lutheran Church in Green Bay, a 50 year member of the De Pere Kiwanis Club and former Lt. Governor for the Northeastern WI chapter, and was employed at the Osen Milling Company. He enjoyed bowling and golf, and loved attending and watching all sports, especially the Packers, Badgers, and UWGB Phoenix. Robert is preceded in death by his wife Donna, his parents, and his brother Cliff, Jr. He is survived by his sister Midge, his 4 children Jim (Katie), Barb, Paul (Patrice), and Pete (Jeanne), 6 grandchildren, Chris (Serena), Kirsten, Alicia, Lauren, Abby, and Michael, and numerous nieces & nephews.
