Obituary

Roberto Eduardo Hill Jr, also known as Bert Luhw^tsyala•té•se? (He who stomps the ground) age 38, passed peacefully at home in Green Bay on June 30, 2023 with family by his side. He was born on February 1, 1985 to Robert E. Hill Sr. and the late Suzanne T. Delgado-Hill.

Roberto graduated from Oneida Nation High School. Following graduation, he attended NWTC and graduated from the Trans Program at the College of Menominee Nation. Bert was the first person to score 1,000 points at his highschool for basketball. He played in the Alumni Tourney 2 weeks ago and scored a couple more 3's in the Turtle. He was the quarterback, kicker, and punter for the Oneida Nation Football Team.

He worked for Dan Doyen (D+T), Josh Bailey (JB) Concrete. You could call on Bert and he was there to help with anything; moving, cars, kids, talks, anything! Bert was the best brother and protector for his sisters. Uncle Bert was a character to his nieces and nephews even if they didn't get his jokes. He always took care of everyone, family, friend, or foe. Bert loved to dance and had one for every song with his own lyrics. His native knock and whistle will be missed.

Bert is survived by his significant other, Kara Dahlke, his daughters Natalea Laura, Tahreesa Marie, and Briella Lynn, his three favorite girls. He loved them unexplainably and unconditionally. He is further survived by his father, Robert Hill Sr. (Matilda), sisters Tina (Fernando) Webster, Sabrina (Patrick) King, Marquita (Dana) Hill, his brother Forest Hill, his grandma Beverly Hill, his nieces Suzanne (Hector) Mosqueda, Priscilla (Zarif) Higgs, Alex Coronado, Roberto (Paula) Webster, Fernando Coronado III, Kelis Cornelius, Tyra King, Efrain Ninham, Tinamarie Coronado, Great Nieces and Nephews, Suzanna Martinez, Tyree Howard, Hector Mosqueda Jr., Za'Niya Pate, and Adriel Mosqueda.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Suzanne Theresa Delgado-Hill, grandpa Edward Kay Hill, grandpa Joseph Delgado, grandma Constance Webster-Delgado, Uncle Timothy J. Hill, Auntie Sherry Hill, Uncle Geno, Jerry, Bob, Joseph Delgado, Aunt Laura Delgado, and brother Aaron King, Jeremy Webster, and Travis Cornelius.
