Roger A. Arcand, 77, of Freedom, passed away peacefully early Friday morning, November 7, 2014. He was born on March 13, 1937 to the late Hosana and Marina (Devroy) Arcand. On January 26, 1958 Roger was united in marriage to Barbara Sadle. Roger served his county in the U.S. Navy. He had a passion for antique cars, Harley Davidsons, and Roger was especially fond of his model railroad collection. Above everything else, he loved his family very much. Roger is survived by his wife, Barbara; five children, Sandy (Joe) Nolan, Teresa Arcand, Scott (special friend Jennifer) Arcand, Renee (Gary) Rhodes, Jeff (Loralee) Arcand; 15 grandchildren, Chris, Amanda, Joshua, Kinsey, Collette, Dartanian, Tristen, Keelin, Kimberly, Allison, Zachary, Trevor, Julia, Jadyn, and Lexie; five great grandchildren, Delilah, Beckett, Brady, Fletcher, and Blake. He is further survived by his sister-in-law, Lana Moore, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Roger was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Leeland Arcand; brother-in-law, Travis Moore, and mother-in-law, Cora Howe. Friends and family are asked to gather at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 North Tenth Street, De Pere, WI on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 beginning at 4:00pm. At 7:00pm a memorial service will be held.
