Ron Green, 80, De Pere, passed away peacefully on Tuesday evening, August 20, 2024. He was born August 13, 1944, to the late Vincent and Elaine (Kamps) Green.

On June 20, 1964, Ron was united in marriage to Elaine Mooren.

He worked for Nicolet Paper for 25 years before going into farming. Ron enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting, a good game of Sheepshead, and a Friday night fish fry, but it was the time he spent with his grandchildren that brought him the most happiness.

He is survived by his wife Elaine, their children; Bob Green, Carol (Terry) Heyrman, Steve (Beth) Green, and Jeff (Jenny) Green. Grandchildren; Trevin (Katie), Deandra (Shane), Dayton (Luke), Trinity, Ethan, Kaleigh (Kristian), Josie (Zach), Jake, Courtney, and Carli. Great grandchildren; Charolette, Dixon, Savannah, Decker, Kleo, Charlie, and Lainey.

Ron's siblings; Allen (Lynn) Green, Gary (Nancy) Green, and Dan Green. Elaine's family; Shirley Rentmeester, Pat Ambrosius, Sylvester "Jupe" (Judy) Mooren, sister-in-law Ella Stettler, as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents, in-laws Sylvester (Lillian) Mooren, and three brothers-in-law Dave Mooren, Jim Rentmeester, and Jerry Ambrosius.

Friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home 305 N Tenth Street, De Pere from 3:00PM Thursday, August 29th, until time of service at 7:00PM with Deacon Mike Vander Bloomen officiating.
