September 4, 1953 – October 31, 2024
Royalton "Roy" Lowell Cornelius Jr, age 71, began his journey on October 31, 2024, with his wife by his side. He was born on September 4, 1953, in Chicago to Royalton Lowell Cornelius Sr. and Irene Jenny Skenandore. Roy grew up in Chicago and lived there most of his life. He retired in 2017, and afterwards moved to Green Bay in 2018. Roy was a proud member of the Oneida Nation Turtle Clan.
Roy was a Teamster owner/operator truck driver and he also became a member of the Teamsters Union at Triangle Engineering Products for over 35 years. He was loyal, dependable, hardworking, and dedicated to maintaining his health as best he could.
He was also very dedicated to his wife, Lynda and their two dogs, two rabbits, and seven birds.
He enjoyed fishing and camping along with being on his boat and riding his motorcycle. He also enjoyed spending time with his dogs, watching football, especially the Seahawks and attending Powwows. Roy enjoyed watching movies, listening to music, telling jokes, and reading the funnies. He always liked to just go for a cruise in his truck and for little getaways.
Royalton is survived by his wife, Lynda. Also, by his son, Royalton Lowell Cornelius III, from Camp Verde, Arizona from his second marriage. His three sisters, Diane, Fern and Florence, numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
