Ruth C. Gustafson, 86, De Pere, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, October 7, 2010. She was born August 15, 1924 in Fitchburg, MA, a daughter of the late Stephen and Mona (Wallace) McDonald. On June 22, 1945 she married Myron C. Gustafson in Norfolk, VA. He preceded her in death. Ruth was a woman of faith and always had a church to call home wherever she may be living. After her retirement, she always found an Art Club to be a part of and enjoy with other artists of any medium. Ruth is survived by her three children: daughter Linda (Paul) Rauscher and family: Renee, Tina, Scott (Cinnamin); (Brianna, Garrich, Elizabeth, Nolan Rauscher); son Gus (Lyn) Gustafson and family: Laurie, Ginger Gustafson; (Merceline Condon); daughter Jill (David) Hatch and family: Kim (Jamie) Weinert (Justin, Nicholas, Lucas, Stephen, Jonathan, Rebecca, Thomas Weinert), Tad (Kelley) Hatch (Kaleb, Erika, Kylie, Eva Hatch), Chris (Monica) Hatch (David, Keira, Owen Hatch), Mike (Lindsey) Hatch (Joseph, Sarah, Ameila Hatch), and Megan (Sam) Myer (Angelina, Dominic, and Elizabeth Meyer). She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Flora Vash, and brother Wallace (Anne) McDonald.
