Ruth Myra (House) Skenandore 3/28/24 - 5/9/09 Ruth Myra (House) Skenandore, 85, of Oneida found peace on Saturday, May 9, 2009 at her home surrounded by family. She was born and lived in the Oneida area her whole life. Ruth Myra enjoyed quilting, cooking, gardening, baking, beading and taking care of grandchildren. No matter the task, Ruth Myra was "good at all of it". "The best woman in the world" will be missed by her loving husband of 67 years, Cecil Skenandore; two brothers, Jim and Gordon (Nancy) House; four sisters, June Cornelius, Loretta (Stan) Webster, Carol Artman, Nori Damrow; one sister-in-law, Shirley (Powless) House; one brother-in-law, Manual Baldovino; eight children, Cecil James (Tina) Skenandore, Betty (Jim) Willems, Sharon (Allen) Cloud, Wayne Skenandore, Eugene (Judy) Skenandore, Claudia Skenandore, Barbara Ann (Scott) Andre, Linda (Wayne) Verheyen; 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren; as well as numerous in-laws, extended family, and friends everywhere. Ruth Myra was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Pearl (Archiquette) House; two brothers Walter and Reggie House; and one sister Martha Jane Baldovino. Visitation will held Tuesday, May 12, 2009 from 11:00 am until the time of the funeral at 2:00 pm at the 1st Congregational Church, 1018 Cedar Street, Depere WI.
