IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Samantha Jean
Johnson
October 2, 1987 – December 6, 2023
Samantha Jean Johnson born October 2nd, 1987. Unexpectedly passed away in her home on 12-06-2023. Samantha was loved by many family and friends. Sam was a very good artist, sometimes she would be in her own world drawing beautiful pictures. Sam was determined to make sure everyone was taken care of, she would put everyone before herself. If you needed a shoulder to lean on she would be there. Sam had a heart of gold, She lit the room up with her beautiful smile and laughter.
From Alizae, Samantha loved coloring and beading. My mother loved the outdoors and nature; always wanting to walk through the woods, and going for a hike, knowing she's going to want to sit down half way through the hike. Samantha always cherished all her children no matter the circumstances. She knew how to brighten my day and make everything better. She never played about her children when something was wrong. She was brave and knew how to take a punch, If she fell, she always knew how to get back up. She was an amazing mother, sister and best friend. There was never a dull moment with her. She was a warrior and a queen in the same body. She was built differently in all the best ways.
Samantha was survived by her brother Kris (Joanne) Johnson, sister Stacey Johnson, twin brother Jeremy Johnson, sister Jamie Metoxen, brother Avery Nahwahquaw, brother Gerald Morrison, sister Jessica Morrison, brother Jack (Tawnee) Metoxen, brother Justyn Metoxen and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her daughter Alizae (Shawn), son's Miguel and Alex. Her only granddaughter Colombiana Sunrise Lee.
She was preceded in death by her mother Shirley Johnson, father Gerald Metoxen, Aunt Virginia Johnson and many other relatives. Family and friends may call to Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N Tenth St. De Pere, WI 54115, on Tuesday December 12, 2023 for visitation from 3:00pm until time of service at 5:00pm, With drums being played at 4:30pm.
