Sandra "Sandy" Plog, age 60 of De Pere, Wisconsin, died Friday afternoon December 18, 2009 at home. The daughter of Joseph Schober and Geraldine (Applin) Schober was born December 1, 1949 in Iron River, Michigan. On September 30, 1972 she married Richard Plog at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Green Bay. Sandy worked at a number of different jobs throughout the years and most recently worked in the bakery at Austin's, where she was known for her excellent customer service. She enjoyed reading, knitting, decorating, and most especially the Seasons of Christmas. She was a well-loved lady who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Survivors include her husband Dick, two daughters Heidi Plog and her special friend Jim Bradley, Holly (A.J.) Higdon, three grandchildren Joshua, Taylor, and Ashley, her parents Joe and Geraldine "Jerry" Schober, Iron River, two sisters Chris (Lee) Rhino, Iron River, Kathy Carpenter, Pensacola, Florida, one brother Joe (Jeanne) Schober, Iron River, her Mother-in-law Shirley (Carl) Peters, Green Bay, her three brothers-in-law John (Kathy) Plog, Ronald (Debbie) Plog, and Thomas Plog, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her Father-in-law Richard Plog, two brothers Donald and Darrel and one sister-in-law, Sandy Scharenbrock.
