Sandra J. Simons, 72, De Pere, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday May 1, 2018. She was born February 17, 1946 to the late Frank and Bernice Hartl. She graduated from Sturgeon Bay High School as well as the Wisconsin School of Cosmetology. On July 3, 1969 she married Richard "Cy" Simons. Sandra retired from Riverside Clinic. She loved music, especially playing the Clarinet in her younger days. Sandra was an avid reader, an excellent cook, and loved to try new recipes. It was her family though that brought her the most happiness, and the times spent with them. She is survived by her husband, Richard, their children; Tracy (Brian) Simons Blahnik, Brett (Jeanne) Simons, grandchildren; Steven, Katie, Sam, Riker, and Courtney. Sandra's siblings further survive; Betty Lou Lewis, Eugene (Diane) Hartl, Bill Hartl, Richard Hartl, Richard's family; Gary Simons, Sally (Dan) Hasseler, Lynn (Dale) Ducat, her sisters in law; Linda Hartl, Judy (Hartl) Olsen, Judy Simons, Mary Simons, as well as nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings; Donald Hartl, and Robert Hartl, as well as a nephew Matthew Hartl, brother in law Robert Simons, and sister in law Eleanor Hartl. Friends may call from 10:30AM – 1:30PM Friday May 4, 2018 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere.
