Scott Robert Allen, 56, De Pere, passed away Wednesday afternoon, March 29, 2023. The son of Dennis and Margaret (Hoehne) Allen was born in Green Bay on December 12, 1966. On April 9, 2005, Scott married Dorothy Ullman and they shared 18 wonderful years together.

Scott attended Oconto High School and UWGB. He spent 31 years at Green Bay Packaging as an engineer, retiring just a few weeks ago.

In his younger years, Scott loved golfing. He enjoyed watching the Brewers and loved attending games. He also enjoyed playing cards with family, going to the casino, woodworking and gardening.

Scott is survived by his wife, Dorothy; step-daughter, Tiffany Staudenmaier; grandchildren, Carley Rae and Aaden James; siblings, Darrell (Janet), Jim (Etta), Bruce (Cynde), Sandy (Keith) Magee and Colleen (Jim) DePouw. He is further survived by Dorothy's entire family and numerous friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dennis and Margaret, as well as his parents-in-law, Rueben and Susan Ullman.

Family and friends may visit at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. A short prayer service will conclude the visitation at 3:00 p.m.

Scott's family would like to thank the caring staff at the Bellin ICU, especially Casey and Jordan.
