Scott E. Hubbard, 45, Green Bay, passed away after an industrial accident. He was born August 13, 1963 to Donald and Janice Hubbard. He is survived by his daughter Diana Hubbard, his parents, his brother; Donald Jr., his sister Sherry Teigue, his significant other; Tina Hager, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
