Sharon Leonard, 61, of Green Bay went peacefully to be with the Lord at 12:30 am on Monday April 6, 2009. The daughter of William and Louise (Smith) Hill, Sr., was born October 13, 1947 in Perry, Georgia. On April 21, 2004, she married Bobby Leonard, Sr. in Miami, OK. Sharon had worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years. Most recently for the Senior Aide Program at NEW Curative on Curry Lane in Green Bay. She had many talents including crocheting and beadwork. Sharon was involved in bible study, theology, and was working with the church at the Salvation Army. She loved above all spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Bobby Leonard, Jr., one daughter, LeAnne (Schmitt) Cortes and her husband Felix, De Pere, 4 grandchildren, Macario, Zac, Noe, and Mallory, her mother, Louise Sturgis, Perry, GA., two brothers, Frank W. Hill, Sandersville, GA, and William T. Hill, Jr., Ackworth, GA, and a sister-in-law, Pamela Hensley, as well as numerous nieces and nephews from Green Bay and Georgia. She was preceded in death by her father, William T. Hill, Sr.
