Sheila Bright Star Stevens was born November 28, 1996, to Amy Manders and Craig Stevens. She was the youngest of their two children. For 3 years Sheila has struggles with health issues. She loved animals, especially dogs and had worked as a dog trainer.

Sheila is survived by the love of her life, Bradley Sievers; her mom and dad, her sister, Heather Stevens and Brook Maness and their children, Howard and Elowise; her brother Derek Manders; maternal grandparents Albert and Vicki (Heuvelmans) Manders; aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Sheila was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Buck, and Geri Stevens.

Friends may call from 1:00PM on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Ryan Funeral Home 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere. Leander Danforth will lead a service at 4:00PM.
