Stacey Beth Moore, 60, passed away at home in Green Bay on January 19, 2026. She was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin on March 28, 1965, to David and Bernice (Skenadore) Moore Sr.
Stacey attended Seymour High School. She then attended NWTC and the College of Menominee Nation.
She often made artwork such as dreamcatchers. Stacey loved watching her grandchildren and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed trips to the casino and watching the Packers. She cared deeply for her family and friends and always helped others whenever she was able to. Stacey was greatly loved by many and will forever be missed by her family.
Stacey is survived by significant other Francis Cree; her children Ronald (Sacheen) Lawrence, Beth Doxtater, Amber (Johnathan) Smith, Jade Doxtater, and Kyle Cree. She is also survived by her grandchildren Brolly Freeman, Jonathan Smith Jr, Ethan Smith, Silas Freeman, Niles Smith, Apollo Beson, Videl Beson, Sonya Rae Skenandore, Aleena Smith, Elvira Fox, Morgan Rayne Skenandore, Jadelynn Smith and Raymond Juju Denny Jr. She is further survived by her siblings Dave (Elaine) Moore, Vaughn (Mary Ann) Moore, Darryl (Bonnie) Moore, Cheryl Smith, Greg ( Terry Lee Black Owl) Moore, Neil (Gary) Diny, Diane Moore, Kelly (Robin) Moore, and Blaine Moore. As well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends survive her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Bernice Moore; her brothers Loren Moore, Rory "Zorr" Moore, Keith "Tink" Moore; her sister Terry Skenandore; her nephews Dwaynn Moore, Alex Moore and Latakeh Smith; her niece Yotsitsya-k'ele Smith and great nieces Mariah Danforth-Moore, and Vaniecia Smith.
Family and friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere from 9:00AM Monday, January 26, 2026. The Oneida Hymn Singers will sing at 10:30AM, with a service to follow at 11:00AM. Due to the weather, burial will take place at a later date.
