IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Suzanne Marie
Skaleski
August 22, 1947 – June 15, 2024
Suzanne (Sue) Marie Skaleski, age 76, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2024. She was born August 22, 1947 to Joseph and Lydwina (Rivard) Hollo in Menominee, MI. She grew up on a farm in Daggett, MI and graduated from Stephenson High School. Sue also attended UW-Green Bay. She met her future husband, Bill, at school and also while working at Sure Way supermarket. They celebrated 56 years of marriage on June 8, 2024. Sue worked for many years at Associated Bank and at Kohl's Department Store. She was always smiling and had a positive attitude, even when she was sick. She enjoyed coloring, jigsaw puzzles, playing Words with Friends, and playing Bunco with her Bunco group. Although Sue loved her children, she couldn't wait for the day when grandchildren arrived. She attended their activities and events whenever she could. They were her true pride and joy.
Sue is survived by her husband, Bill; their three children Lisa (David) Thill, Scott (Debra) Skaleski, and Sara (Kevin) Walloch; six grandchildren: Andrew, Matthew, and Erica Thill, and Courtney, Stephanie, and Ryan Walloch. Sue is also survived by her three brothers John (Barb) Hollo, Steve (Sally) Hollo, and James (Sandy) Hollo and sisters-in-law Mary Jane Miller and Therese Baker. Additionally, Sue is survived by an uncle, Cletus Rivard, a beloved aunt, Marlene Kurowski, many nieces, nephews, friends, and her cat, Maci.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter-in-law Bridget Skaleski, sister-in-law Cathy Blozinski, and many aunts and uncles.
