Obituary

Terri Lynn O’Hearn, 63, of Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin, passed away on April 17, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Terri was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She found her greatest joy in her family, especially her grandchildren, whom she absolutely adored and loved to spoil. Nothing meant more to her than time spent together.

Growing up, Terri cherished time spent at White Potato Lake, a love she carried forward by creating her own special place for her family at the cottage in Lakewood on Chain Lake. She poured her heart into making it a place where memories could continue to be made for years to come—a gathering place her family will forever treasure.

Terri loved holidays and was known for going all out to make them special—from her themed Christmas trees to making sure every birthday was celebrated surrounded by family. She found joy in life’s simple and beautiful moments, especially planting flowers, watching hummingbirds, and exploring quaint old towns.

Terri had a smile that could light up a room and a way of making everyone feel welcome. She built many meaningful friendships throughout her life, especially during her 20+ years at Ameriprise, where she served as a manager and was deeply valued, forming lasting connections.

Together, Terri and Richard O’Hearn raised three children: Jason (Sarah) O’Hearn, Janelle O’Hearn (Jake Raab), and Kayte (Dylan) Larson. She was incredibly proud of her children and the lives they built. Terri was a loving grandmother to Raelyn, Skylor, Ryker, Tyson, Nicholas, and another grandbaby on the way.

Terri shared a deeply special bond with her late sister, Lorie Oshefsky. After Lorie’s passing, she embraced her children as her own—David Oshefsky, Dennis Oshefsky, and Shari Kirsch—holding each of them close in her heart.

She is further survived by her sisters, her brother Ricky Lemmen, and her special friend, Glen Leanna.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Dolores Lemmen, and her sister, Lorie Oshefsky.

Terri’s legacy lives on in the traditions and memories she created, and the deep love she leaves with her family.

Friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere from 4:00PM Friday, April 24, 2026, until time of service at 7:00PM with Pastor Stacy Malzahn officiating.

Terri was so grateful for the love and support of her friends and family and would want to thank each of you for being there—for the visits, the meals, the laughter, and the comfort you brought her.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Nurse Mary at Moments Hospice and Ryan Funeral Home for their compassionate care and support.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

“We love you more.”
