Theresa M. Leeman, 74 of Green Bay, WI passed away surrounded by family on April 2, 2026. She was born on December 6, 1951, to the late Floyd and Elizabeth (Tucker) Oshkeshequoam in Shawano, WI.
She loved watching the Packers, especially Donald Driver and Brett Farve. Theresa loved spending time with her family and playing card games like Skipbo. Theresa enjoyed listening to country music as well, especially Garth Brookes. She had a love for cooking, and one of her favorite meals was neckbones and sauerkraut.
She loved God and always made time to help other people in need no matter what. She was a fiercely independent woman and was very gracious to her children in her time of need. Throughout being sick, Theresa always kept her sense of humor. It helped keep her spirits up. Near to her passing, she had a child-like joy that stayed with her until the end.
She is survived by her children, Kim, Mindy, Kayln, Kendra, and Julius, grandchildren, Alissa, Hunter, Conner, Karissa, Trevor, Natoshia, Cami, John and Ashlynn, and great-grandchildren Callaway, Eva, and Nevada. She is further survived by her siblings, Stacy, Mark, Kaye and Debbie, dear friend and Kendra’s father Mike Steeno, as well as numerous other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, David, Bobby Glenn, Guy, George, and Carrie, and her best friend Lois Rhoades as well as longtime friends Barb Henry and Rosie Williams.
Friends and family may call on Friday, April 10, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N Tenth Street in De Pere, WI. A prayer service will take place immediately following the visitation at 7:00 pm.

She made the world a better place. She will be missed dearly by all her friends and family, always and forever.
