January 13, 1948 – August 7, 2023
Thomas A. Daly, 75, Allouez, passed away from Parkinson's Disease on August 7, 2023, at the Veteran's Home in King, WI.
He was born January 13, 1948, son of the late Frank and Marion (Ellison) Daly. On December 31, 1988, he married Henrietta Jourdan, the daughter of the late Hank and Mary (Powless) Jourdan, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Tom was employed as a Journeyman Roofing Engineer in Chicago, IL., until his retirement. He was a member of Robert Cornelius VFW Post 7784, Oneida. He served valiant in the U.S. Marine Corps. From 1966 – 1969 which included a tour of the Vietnam Conflict.
Tom enjoyed boating, fishing, painting, and was an accomplished musician. He was an awesome friend to all and was highly respected by all who knew him.
Tom is survived by his wife Henrietta Jourdan-Daly, son Matthew (Jo) Daly, two grandchildren, two siblings; Richard (Lisa) Daly, and David (Connie) Daly. He is further survived by his siblings-in-law, Barbara McKenzie, Yvonne Jourdan, Judith Jourdan, Diane Jourdan, Janice Jourdan, Diana Demaree and Hank Jourdan Jr. He is further survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, his in-laws, and siblings-in-law; Mildred (Frank) Figueroa, Virgil Jourdan, Ronald (Joan) Jourdan, Patricia (Jackie) Benson, and Kenneth Jourdan.
Friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home 305 N. Tenth Street De Pere from 9:00AM – 10:30AM Saturday, August 12, 2023. Oneida Hymn Singers will sing at 10:00AM. A funeral Procession will leave the funeral home at 10:30AM to Holy Apostles Episcopal Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00AM at Holy Apostles Episcopal Church with Fr. James Biegler and Deacon Deborah Heckel officiating. Burial will follow with military honors at the parish cemetery.
