Thomas James Kros Sr., died surrounded by his family on Friday April 2, 2010 at his home in De Pere, WI. Tom was born in Milwaukee on January 21, 1941 to the late Joseph and Josephine (Gwizdek) Kros. He married Beverly Pierzchalski on October 20, 1962. Tom entered the U.S. Air Force June 25, 1959. Tom worked for M&I/ Metavante for forty years. He enjoyed Bear, Pheasant, and Deer Hunting, fishing, woodworking, and gardening. He was a member of the Milwaukee Aquarium Society, and St. Mary's Catholic Church De Pere. He is survived by his loving wife Beverly, his children; Thomas (Carol) Kros Jr., of De Pere, Susan (Bill) Burtch, of California, and Connie Kros of Florida. His grandchildren; Amy (Dylan) Burtch of Arizona, Thomas Kros III of Green Bay, Andrew Kros of De Pere, Matthew Kros of De Pere and Connor Kros of De Pere. Other relatives, nieces, nephews, and friends further survive Tom. His parents, and his brother Joe preceded Tom in death. Friends may call at the RYAN FUNERAL HOME 305 N. Visitation will continue 10am Wednesday at the funeral home until time of service at 12noon with Tom's dear friend/hunting buddy Pastor Roland Lindeman officiating. A VFW service will follow.
