Thomas C Phillips 90 passed away December 18th at Home. Tom was born in De Pere on October 8, 1920 to Thomas C Phillips and Rosetta Bartels. He served in the CCC then enlisted December 8, 1941 in the US Army and served his country in the Pacific Theater. Tom married Elizabeth Kowalski, and she preceded him in death. He then married Virginia Wuyts, and she also preceded him in death. Tom worked for the City of Green Bay Park department as a forester. His wife, Betty and son Russell preceded him in death. Tom is survived by his children Thomas D Phillips and Victoria Mullens. Friends may call after 1pm Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at Nicolet Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum until time of service at 2pm with Fr. Conrad Kratz O.Praem officiating.
