Tim W. Doherty, 65, Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully, on February 17th, 2023, following some recent health issues. He was born on August 18th, 1957 to the late Leland & Rita Doherty in Green Bay, WI.

He graduated from Ashwaubenon High School in 1975. Shortly after, he met the love of his life, Lori, while working at Joe's Auto Service in DePere. They were married on July 23, 1983 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in De Pere, WI. They had three children; Adam, Allison, Tyler, & shared over 38 years of marriage together.

Tim was a loving father who always put his family first. You would always find him at school concerts & sporting events showing support for his children.

He had a fun sense of humor, & always had a witty response! He was always someone you could depend on. If you needed his help with something, he was always there.

Tim had a love for the outdoors, motorcycles, and cars. He was a car enthusiast who enjoyed classic muscle cars. Over the years he owned a few special cars including a 1974 Pontiac GTO. He spent many hours making sure his car looked perfect before showing it off at local car shows.

He spent many years running marathons and traveling to other states for the races. He was a league bowler for 40+ years with family & friends. Tim also enjoyed paintball, and the perfect backyard bonfire with a nice cold beer. Most importantly he enjoyed the time spent with his loved ones and close friends.

Tim retired from Nature's Way in August, 2022. This allowed him to spend more time making memories with his children & grandchildren whom he loved dearly. Whenever grandpa was around, you would find one of the grandkids in his lap. Each of them had a special bond with him.

He is survived by his children Allison (Sackda) Chittavong & Tyler (Jeannie) Doherty; grandchildren Lilliana, Owen & Malaina Chittavong & Marsali Doherty;

Siblings Dennis (Cathy), Verne (Barb), Kevin (Marlene) & Wayne (Judy) Doherty.

He is further survived by his mother in law Loretta VanDenElzen; wife's siblings Lynn (John) Aland, Lois Craanen, Leah (Dave) Kaster, Lisa VanDenElzen, Lorn (Denise) VanDenElzen, Lani (Todd) Rybicki, & Luan Flom; many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.

Tim was preceded in death by his wife Lori, & infant son Adam; his parents Leland & Rita & sister Pauline; Father-in-law Eugene VanDenElzen; Brother-in-Laws Lane & Roland & nephew Christopher.
