Tom was always connecting with people. Everyone he encountered became a friend, and our family is so thankful for everyone who has reached out in the last few months. Additionally, we are so very grateful for the 9th Floor Staff at St. Vincent, Heartland Hospice and everyone at Rennes for the outstanding medical care and love Tom received.
