Tonya Kay Mealman, 32, Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly on July 18, 2016. She was born February 20, 1984 in Ottawa, Kansas to Zina Evans and Carl Mealman. Tonya was a fun and vibrant young girl, who loved life and lived it to the fullest. Tonya was a proud mom to her two children. She was proud of graduating school and looking forward to her future career. She is survived by her children, Damon Rodne Rolland Vandehei, and Andromeda Rae Vandehei. Her mom Zina Evans and her dad Carl Mealman, as well as her siblings, Shaun Mitchell, Carmen Ferris, Matthew Evans, Cai Yaeger, and her boyfriend Mitchell Martin further survive her.
