Toua Ly, 60, passed away on January 15, 2018 with his family by his side. He was born in Laos on January 15, 1958 to Zong Ge and Chee Ly. Toua was a Bilingual Teacher Aide for the Green Bay Public Schools and took great pride in his work and cared for his students. Toua enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and fixing cars. He loved all his children and always lit up when his grandchildren would come to visit. Toua is survived by 2 daughters Gaochyia (Nick) Meyer and Shuayee, 4 sons Xais, Nrov, Truagjay, Touchella (Mai), 2 granddaughters Caroline and Adalind, 2 grandsons Finley and Weston—as well as 1 sister, 2 brothers, 3 half-brothers, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A service will be held at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N 10th St, De Pere, WI 54115. Visitation will be on Friday, January 26, 2018 from 9am – 10pm with a service at 5pm. Visitation will continue on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 9am – 1pm with a service at 10am. We would like to thank the staff at Rennes and Unity Hospice for their care and compassion.
