Tracy Lynn Kwil – Giizhigookwe (Sky Woman) of the Oneida Wolf Clan, 46, unexpectedly passed away on September 1, 2024.

She was born on October 12, 1977, in Chicago, IL, to parents Dale Cornelius and Debra Kwil. Tracy is survived by her siblings Shane, Richard, Levi , Alex, Derek, Nathan, Larrissa, and Amanda. She was cherished by many including stepmother Lisa Guardipee, her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Tracy loved dancing, fashion, music and always looking good. She enjoyed spending time with her siblings listening to the latest music and acting goofy. Tracy would always add her own flare to current fashion and hair trends, creating and owning her own style. She graduated with honors from one of the top high schools in Chicago, Lane Tech. After High School Tracy graduated from Academy of Beauty Professionals in Green Bay, WI.

She was preceded in death by her father Dale C., Grandmother Nancy L. Hill, Great Grandparents Eddie and Nancy Metoxen, and sister Lisa Zver.

Family and friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N. Tenth St. De Pere, WI 54115, on Monday September 09, 2024, for visitation from 4:00pm until time of service at 7:00pm. Burial will take place at Oneida Methodist Cemetery on Tuesday September 10, 2024, at 1:00pm.
