Velma Patzke, 83 of Green Bay passed away Monday evening December 19, 2011. Velma was born April 1, 1928 to the late Clarence and May Rands. On February 4, 203 she married Roy Patzke at St. Willebrord Catholic Church. She was a past Secretary for the De Pere Women's Club. Velma is survived by her husband Roy, her daughter Kathleen Gannon as well as her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands; Eugene Gannon and Earl "Tuffy" McCabe. Her son James Gannon also preceded her in death. A Memorial Mass celebrating Velma's life will be held at 10:30am Wednesday December 28, 2011 at St. Willebrord Catholic Church 209 S.
