Virginia Theresa Konshak, 78, of Ashwaubenon, WI, passed away on Saturday, Aug 4, 2012. She was born February 2, 1934 to Viola (Naniot) and John Baenen, in Bay Settlement, WI. She married Gerald Konshak on November 15, 1952, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Bay Settlement. Virginia worked at Green Bay, Foods until retirement in 1999. Virginia enjoyed her family and friends. She was always kind and preparing the way for others. She kept this desire all through her life. She helped at the NEW Zoo Giraffe stand on holidays with her daughter. Her family and friends will dearly miss Virginia. She will be remembered for her love of life and family. Virginia is survived her 10 children: daughters Jane (Randy) Puyleart, Carol Konshak, Debra (Paul ) Bronander, Rita Konshak and Roxanne (Jeff) Emmerling and sons John (Dixie) Konshak, Patrick (Becky) Konshak, Dale (Michelle) Konshak, Joseph Konshak and Troy (Heather) Konshak. 25 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren also survive her. She is preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and two sisters. Friends may call at the RYAN FUNERAL HOME 305 N. Tenth Street in De Pere from 4 8pm Wednesday, August 8th, with a parish prayer service at 7:30pm to bring the evening to a close. Visitation will continue after 9:30am Thursday at St. Willebrord Catholic Church in Green Bay, until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am with Fr.Cribben O.Praem officiating.
