Wanda Best, 53, of Green Bay passed away on Tuesday evening, November 11, 2014 at home. She was the daughter of Athelstan Best and the late George Ann Glass and was born in Milwaukee. She worked at St. Vincent Hospital for many years. Survivors include her children, Jasmine Pelt, Terrell Pelt and Jennifer Best, grandchildren, Aniya Starks, Sasha Best and Jourdan Best, her father, "Clyde", and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, George Ann and daughter, Tyrise Best.
