Wayne "Wayneo" Danforth

After suffering a long-term illness Wayneo passed away on Monday, October 18, 2010. Born in Green Bay, Wi. on May 1, 1959 to Erma Danforth and the late William "Bill" Danforth Sr.
Wayneo was a Golden Gloves boxing champion in the late 70's. He enjoyed shooting pool, horseshoes, bowling, softball, telling "bad" jokes, listening to music, jigging, and is known for the "bacon dance".
Wayneo is survived by his mother Erma Danforth, his son Cheyenne Jordan, his two daughters Abbey Danforth and Brooke Arnold; his grandchildren Camille, Lillian, Anthony, Carlos, Isabel, Estrella, and Maria. His brothers and sisters: Stevie Danforth, Jackie Danforth, Tommy (Karen John) Danforth, Carmen Danforth, Erwin (Marsha) Danforth, Ingrid (Arthur) King, Paul Danforth, Kerry "Buggs" (Candace) Danforth, Grace Delgado, and Melinda (Fran John) Danforth. Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Wayneo was preceded in death by his father William "Bill" Danforth Sr., Brothers Billy and Jerry Danforth. Grandparents Pete and Sabie Danforth, Melinda and Kay Hill.
Friends may call after 9am Thursday October 21, 2010 at Woodland Worship Center 760 Airport Drive Oneida until time of service at 11am with Deacon Deborah Heckel officiating burial in the Oneida Tribal Cemetery. The Oneida Hymn Singers will sing at 10:30am, and there will be a Big Drum Service at the cemetery.
