Yvonne (Conley) Ambrosius, 83, Hobart, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024. She was born July 6, 1940, to the late William Sr. and Margaret (Smith) Conley.
Yvonne graduated from De Pere High School. She worked for many local restaurants with the Corner Café in East De Pere being her last. Yvonne met her soulmate Ervin Ambrosius Jr., and they married July 17, 1980, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. They owned and operated Rockyvale Dairy Farm, where they farmed until retirement. Yvonne enjoyed dairy farming and gardening, as well as entering antique car and tractor shows with her husband. She also enjoyed her time spent with her daughter-in-law Pamela Eisch.
She is survived by her husband Ervin, sons; David (Pamela) Eisch, Michael (Jackie) Eisch, 11 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She is further survived by Ervin's siblings; Shirley (Ray) VandenElzen, Linda Ambrosius, Tom (Judi) Ambrosius, Allen (Jan) Ambrosius, "Butch" Clayton (Karen) Ambrosius, Rosie Ambrosius, Karen Burnett, Paul (Karen) Ambrosius, Carl (Mary) Ambrosius, Wayne (Pauline) Ambrosius, her special friend Dawn Nelson, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her and Ervin's parents, a son Daniel James, her five siblings; William Jr. "Bill" Conley, Joseph "Wayne" Conley, Arlene Schlief, Ronald "Ronny" Conley, and Theresa "Tessie" Liebert and sister-in-law Donna Pearce.
Friends may call at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church 2270 S. Oneida Street from 9:00-11:00 AM Friday, April 19, 2024. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00AM with Fr. Matt Simonar officiating.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials to Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church would be appreciated.
