Zhuri Ruth passed away peacefully in her mother's loving arms on April 3, 2024, after showing courageous strength through her 18 days of life in the NICU.

Zhuri was born at 22 6/7 weeks gestation. Weighing in at 13 oz, this little fighter stole the hearts of anyone and everyone who met her. You would often find her legs stretched out, or even find this little angel giving a thumbs up while basking in the nice warm incubator. Zhuri showed everyone just how precious life is and to embrace a spunky personality no matter what life has thrown at you.

Zhuri was survived by her mother, Jaylynn Johnson (De Pere, WI); grandmother, Beth Clausen (De Pere, WI); grandfather, Albert Johnson (Green Bay, WI); great-grandparents, Michael and Pamela Clausen (The Villages, FL) and Michael and Theresa Landerway (Kingston, NY); uncles, Brendan (Kelli) Clausen (Tomah, WI), Kyle Clausen (Hudson, WI), and Tyrese Johnson (De Pere, WI); great uncle, Matt (Kari) Clausen (Howard, WI); cousin, Adeline Clausen (Amery, WI); special friend, Debbie Foss (De Pere, WI) and many other family and friends.

Zhuri was preceded in death by her sister, Ny'ala Jhene' Johnson (4/20/23-4/20/23).
